How To Use

You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
• Sign in to your account on the Almosafer app or website and make sure it is verified.
• On app: Go to the 'Add points to your Wallet' section under Wallet in 'Profile'.
• On web: Go to the 'Add & earn points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'.
• Choose the option to use a Wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code.
• You will receive the points in your Almosafer Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem it on bookings.
• The Wallet points can be redeemed across all Almosafer KSA omni-channel touchpoints including web, app, call centre, WhatsApp and across retail branches.

• Valid for 6 months from purchase date.
• The code is valid for one-time use only.
• Earned Wallet points are valid for 6 months from the date the code is submitted.
• You must be signed in with a verified account while submitting the unique voucher code.
