How To Use

• Receive the voucher code from the service provider.
• Open the Ghaseel Express app and log in to your account.
• Go to the Wallet section, then enter the voucher code in the Voucher Code field.
• Once the code is verified, the voucher value will be credited to your wallet.
• You can use the wallet balance to pay for any available service within the app, subject to the Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

• The voucher or wallet balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher is intended solely for the designated recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
• The voucher can only be used within the Ghaseel Express app and in cities and areas where the service is available.
• Once activated, the voucher value will be added to the user's wallet and cannot be reissued after use.

• Ghaseel Express reserves the right to cancel or suspend the voucher or wallet balance if any fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive use, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions, is suspected, without compensation.
• Ghaseel Express shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the voucher code before it has been activated.
• Expired electronic gift cards cannot be extended, replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
