How To Use

• To download the MUSE App, visit the link
• Enter the voucher code in the Offers Tab and activate your Muse eGift Card.
• Points will be added to your MUSE account immediately, you can now redeem them at any of our brands - instore by giving your registered mobile number at the cash counter or online by linking your MUSE account.

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for 12 months from purchase date.
• Points will be credited into the customer’s account upon entering the voucher code on the MUSE app.
• At POS, customer to share mobile number enrolled on Muse with cashier and request to pay with Muse Points.
• Points cannot be converted to cash.
• Points can be redeemed across all MUSE brands across KSA.
• The eGift Card can be redeemed at all brands/stores listed on https://www.experience-muse.com/brands/en-sa
• Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
