How To Use

• Download ALDREES application or visit WAIE portal/Website waie.aldrees.com/SignUp/SignUp?lang=Ar.
• Create the account or login to your registered account.
• On website, once logged in please click on Promotions Tab and on ALDREES Application once logged in Go to Menu and click on Promotions,enter the Voucher code in the Topup Codes section and PIN and click activate.
• Once redeemed, click on Dashboard in the website to see the topup balance in Overview section.
• For Application - once redeemed, logout and relogin to view the topup balance.
• To select your service from the website, click on Account Tab and select Service Order to purchase Tag or Smart Card.
• In the Application click on Menu and Select Service Order under the Finance section to purchase Tag or Smart Card.
• Minimum 100 SAR is required to purchase Tags.
• To collect Smart Card or install Tags, visit any ALDREES sales office or installation centers and then visit any ALDREES station to use the services.

Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for 12 months from the date of Purchase.
• The service of the WAIE system is suitable for use at ALDREES stations which the system is available only within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Please login to ALDREES account and click on locations where you can find the Gas stations and branches of ALDREES.
• Fuel Prices are subject to change.
• The amount redeemed to the WAIE wallet or services purchased cannot be refunded.
• Usage of the WAIE system by the user implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of ALDREES Petroleum and Transport Services Company.
• The account holder of the tag is solely responsible for the usage damage, theft or misuse caused to the Tag/Smart Card or due to any negligence.
• Electronic Tag must be installed within 90 days from the date of payment, else the payment transaction is void.
• If the Electronic Tag is canceled before 6 months from the date of installation, SAR 100 (exclusive of VAT) will be deducted from the account balance.

• No replacement/compensation is permissible for lost or damaged eGift Cards.
• eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
• The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
• Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant.
